My experiences as a therapist, clinical supervisor and program administrator have facilitated my skill-set for helping individuals and agencies understand and create more effective patterns of communication, as well as to enhance the quality of their intervention services.  I have served as a consultant to Massachusetts school districts, and provided supervisory consultation to individual practitioners and clinical teams.
